Abstract :
Of recent years, it has seemed that the needs of our environment, as seen by ecologists, and the needs of process technologists, epitomized by the laws of economics and its indicators, also the laws of social indicators, were irrevocably opposed. We need to seek any means for moderating this conflict. The function and services are the important components of the life-support system in the planet, as well as the basic elements for sustainable development of environment and society. The purpose of this paper is distinguishing and measuring some of indicators that help us to recognize the evaluation of ecosystems specially in rural areas. From the social dimension, immigration and education indicators, and in terms of the economy, were used to measure income and expenses. It is a must to evaluate it for incorporating it with the social-economic system. It is also an important approach to draw the public attention on the environmental and ecosystem conservation. Any performance management system whether it is focused on health care, national security, business, or the environment rests first and foremost upon a reliable set of measurements. These measurements, or indicators, can be used to evaluate a system’s status.
