Abstract :
In plastics design the different rules of designing affect designer’s choice heavily, however, the degree of mastery in knowledge of manufacturing technologies have a deeper influence on the projects in respect to sustainable approaches. Unfortunately, due to lack of categorized findings of eco-design challenging factors in direction of plastic product manufacturing, the concepts do not satisfy the required necessities. So, at this studies tried to dealing with some of these constraints, through one of the powerful approach, theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) method to combine problem solving techniques with advanced and effective knowledge design management tools. It is tried to show how these constraints are related to the engineering contradiction of the innovative method. It required to emphasized that there is no attempt to analyze the contradictions, because of every product has its own specifications and sustainable requirements, functionally. Definitely, by applying analyzing software, the better results would be achieved.
