Abstract :
Due to the importance of technology in the present age and the rapid, yet unbalanced, growth of this platform, it has become one of the potentially vulnerable and dangerous places in the world that can be said to be a key element in the development of current society, technology and communications. As society s dependence on these technologies increases, so too do the problems of their own. Increasingly, attention is drawn to threats to the protection of national security and privacy in today s conflict and hostilities between today. International should create a stable privacy. Passive defense is a set of measures, actions, and plans that rely on tools, conditions, and even self-reliance without the need for manpower. Such actions, on the one hand, increase the defense s ability in times of crisis and on the other. Reduces the consequences of the crisis and enables the reconstruction of the affected areas at the lowest cost. As a result, the vital issue of all countries in the present era of virtual security depends on non-operational defense in this area. The purpose of this article is to address the necessity of a non-functional defense role in network intelligence.
