Investigating the Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employees recruitment regarding the mediating role of Emotional Intelligence

Abstract :
The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the impact of transformational leadership on employee recruitment of Mashhad municipality organization in districts 1 and 4. The statistical population of this study was all employees, managers and experts of Mashhad Municipality organization who were 386 people which according to Morgan table 192 people are selected by Stratified Random Sampling method. Since the data were collected through a designed questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL software in this study. The results showed that transformational leadership had an impact on emotional intelligence and employee recruitment and the effect of emotional intelligence on employee recruitment was also confirmed. On the other hand, the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the impact of transformational leadership on employee recruitment was also confirmed.
