The Effect of Corona Anxiety Disorder on Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of corona anxiety disorder in post-traumatic stress disorder. The method of this article is quantitative and the type of field methods used by Armon Spearman. The Corona Anxiety Questionnaire has 18 questions and also the Post Traumatic Disorder Questionnaire has 18 questions. Each of these questionnaires has been collected separately and online, which are correlated using the Pearson test. The findings indicate that there is a strong correlation between corona anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, the correlation of these two variables is shown in the table of findings. The results indicate that the promotion of health science and the art of lifestyle change is to achieve the desired perfection. Health promotion includes behaviors that include proper nutrition, regular exercise, avoidance of destructive behaviors and drugs, protection against accidents, timely detection of physical symptoms, control of emotions and thoughts, and coping with stress and correction. Interpersonal relationships in the social dimension have healthy behavioral styles, adaptation and improvement of interpersonal relationships reduce anxiety (Freer, 2019). Eighty percent of deaths in developing countries are due to unhealthy lifestyles, and the rate is rising; therefore, one of the goals of the World Health Organization by 2020 is to promote a healthy lifestyle or a health-promoting lifestyle in people. Maintaining positive personal relationships with others in the current situation through telephone and virtual calls are very effective in reducing anxiety caused by coronary heart disease. Covid-19 disease, which started in December 2016 in China and has a very rapid spread.
