Abstract :
Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing Artificial Intelligence (AI), as a leading technology in recent decades, has had a significant impact on many industries, including manufacturing. AI, with its analytical and processing capabilities, enhances manufacturing processes and helps improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.AI is widely used in the automation of manufacturing processes. AI-equipped robots in production lines can perform assembly, welding, and packaging tasks with greater speed and precision than humans. These systems can handle repetitive and hazardous tasks efficiently and accurately. One of the most important applications of AI in manufacturing is predictive maintenance. By using machine learning algorithms, AI systems can identify abnormal patterns in equipment performance data and suggest necessary actions before a failure occurs. This reduces unexpected downtime and extends the lifespan of equipment. AI can play a crucial role in optimizing supply chains. By analyzing historical data and predicting demand, AI helps manufacturers optimize the levels of raw materials and finished products, reduce delivery times, and manage inventory costs. AI systems, utilizing image , and deep learning techniques, can automatically inspect products for quality. These systems can detect small and invisible defects that human inspectors might overlook, thus improving the overall quality of products. AI systems can quickly adapt to changes in demand and market conditions. This flexibility allows manufacturers to respond promptly to customer needs and maintain their competitive advantage.
