Abstract :
Charging node is a kind of activity which become so difficult by dense deployment and regulatory nature of wireless sensor network. The lifetime of the network and initial parameters are improved by clustering to facilitate the evaluation of wireless sensor network performance. According to the network lifetime, the best protocol in comparison to each other will be provided by presenting a famous and well known protocol and also qualitative assessment criteria and the protocol analysis in wireless sensor network will be reviewed. For clustering in wireless sensor networks, the qualitative criterion should be evaluated by a multi criteria definition. A protocol preference and a protocol with a better cluster constitution result in a good criterion to expand the lifetime of the network. For extending the WSN lifetime, the best protocol should be selected to combine the multi criteria decision techniques such as fuzzy TOPSIS, that is the aim of this paper.
