Abstract :
In this article, the sol-gel method is used to generate an Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film on a glass substrate at different annealing temperature. Annealing temperatures are 350ËšC, 450ËšC, 550ËšC. Particle swarm optimization algorithm for finding and extracting physical parameters was used. The surface morphology characteristics and the process of scanning of growth have been quantitatively studied. It was observed that with increasing annealing temperature, interface width, and lateral correlation length and average roughness decreases from 350ËšC to 450ËšC and increas from 450ËšC to 550ËšC, also roughness exponent is decreased.
