Abstract :
When we surf the Internet and use different kinds of Internet services, we have the role of a client, and the computer which provides us with service through the network is called the server or service provider. The world of the Internet is shaped through the connection of millions of clients and servers. As the most important factor when receiving services on the Internet, is the sustainability of the server, particular locations are made around the world which are called data centers to store the servers, and with a focus on network quality and supporting the required components and software, provide the conditions in a specialized way for web hosting and using the servers away from the multiple problems and issues concerning it. Therefore, data center is a place which has the necessary facilities and requirements to operate and run servers, and it locates hundreds or thousands of servers in different rooms. The process of selecting its location is very important due to its large application in today’s world so that at the time of a crisis outbreak, the servers don’t get damaged and do not lose their performance after the crisis. In this study, Hamadan city is selected and studied on as a model of database location, in order to locate data centers. On this basis, within the framework of a descriptive-analytical study, after determining the effective factors in the location of data centers with a crisis-based approach, the criteria and indices under study were given weights according to the experts’ opinions. Subsequently, through the ANP model and Arc GIS software, the layers produced by each criterion combined with each other on the basis of the weights given to each, the output of which is phase space zoning map of Hamedan offices for building data center facilities.
