Using a mixed-methods approach, it identifies key drivers like artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, and changes in regulations. It creates future scenarios for the media industry. The findings show that organizations that adopt digital technologies, make decisions based on data, and develop flexible capabilities can become more efficient and competitive. The proposed scenarios illustrate how uncertainty might alter global media systems. They emphasize the need for strategic agility and organizational resilience.
