Abstract :
    Subject: If, from a psychological anthropological perspective, the human condition is examined as a unitary entity rather than necessarily a social one within a cultural framework, then a collective way of life—as opposed to an individualistic one—may be perceived as a mental illness, necessitating recourse to culture for healing. Target: Since economic action is inextricably linked to social relations, and social resilience begins where decision-making diverges from conjecture, managing this resilience without data is nothing more than an illusion. While optimizing consumption and demand management within a sustainable logistics network—and navigating the spectrum from essential measures to lasting governance reform, while accounting for direct and indirect costs that increase total expenditure—it is imperative to transform volatility into a growth driver by creating greater value from limited resources. This intelligent resource management and the hardening of production against constraints are achieved through trade development, knowledge exchange, the strengthening of sustainable supply chains, and investment in critical mineral value chains. Ultimately, this ensures environmentally synergistic prosperity, integrated governance of sub-surface spaces, and the equipping of essential urban and national infrastructures. Methodology: This study is a deep-seated descriptive-analytical research, based on library and documentary studies, with results that offer practical applications. Conclusion: A genuine event bestows the promise of destiny if the individual has flipped and not to be trapped into MARU MORI; for the human being constitutes a singular possibility among the infinite possibilities of existence.
