چکیده :
Abstract
Today, with the progress of daily life and the introduction of new technologies and technologies, our lives are changing and evolving, and these rapid changes have created problems in our lives that require the acquisition of skills to solve these problems and adapt to the new life. New skills are felt more. Lack of life skills makes people vulnerable to issues and problems and exposes them to all kinds of psychological, social and emotional disorders, learning life skills is very important to prevent damage from life issues.
