Abstract :
This study examines the impact of modern information technologies on improving modeling and understanding of financial behaviors in the field of behavioral finance. The main objective is to analyze the application of tools such as data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, and blockchain technology in identifying and predicting cognitive biases and emotional reactions of investors. This research employs an analytical-explanatory approach based on a systematic review of scientific resources and case studies of emerging technologies in behavioral finance. The findings indicate that utilizing advanced technologies, especially deep learning and multi-source data analysis, enhances the accuracy of financial behavior prediction and improves behavioral risk management. However, challenges such as data privacy protection and algorithm transparency remain significant. The results demonstrate that integrating modern information technologies with behavioral finance models holds substantial potential for improving financial decision-making and reducing cognitive errors. This study recommends that policymakers and financial sector stakeholders adopt a forward-looking approach in designing and developing technological frameworks.
