Abstract :
In the era of digital transformation and sustainable development, smart architecture and new technologies play a key role in the design and development of sustainable cities. This article examines the impact of these factors in improving the quality of life of citizens and reducing negative environmental impacts. Smart architecture helps increase the efficiency of cities by utilizing smart energy management systems, using sustainable materials, and advanced technologies in the field of transportation. In addition, new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and smart cities enable optimal resource management and reduce energy consumption. The findings of this research show that the integration of smart architecture and new technologies can lead to the creation of sustainable cities with a healthy ecosystem and greater social well-being. This study emphasizes that innovative approaches in urban design not only improve the lives of citizens, but also take a fundamental step towards preserving the environment and reducing destructive environmental impacts.
