Abstract :
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between teachers’ communication skills and the quality of educational management in secondary schools of District 2 in Ardabil. The statistical population consisted of all teachers and principals of secondary schools in District 2 of Ardabil, and the sample size was determined to be 200 individuals using Cochran’s formula and a simple random sampling method. Data collection tools included the standardized Communication Skills Questionnaire (Berlo, 1960; Argyle, 2000) and the Educational Management Quality Questionnaire (Kanter & Miner, 2009; Zandi et al., 2019). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression.
The results indicated that teachers’ communication skills were at a desirable level and the quality of educational management was in a favorable state. Furthermore, all components of communication skills had a positive and significant relationship with the quality of educational management (p < 0.01), with clarity of expression having the greatest impact. These findings highlight the importance of teachers’ communication skills in enhancing management quality and creating a positive learning environment.
