Abstract :
    Recently, global warnings to reduce and even eliminate antibiotics used as growth promoters in livestock and poultry have prompted new research to find safe and effective alternatives. One of the problems with antibiotic use is the presence of their residues in poultry meat, which causes antibiotic resistance in humans, which is caused by the lack of time between the removal of drugs and slaughter. Today, numerous additives are added to poultry feed in order to stimulate growth, eliminate nutrient deficiencies, enhance immune system responses and prevent diseases.
