Abstract
To cope adaptively with stressful situations and life s conflicts, individuals need to acquire certain skills; the life skills training program is one of the most effective initiatives for helping people lead better, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. The objective of this training is to assist individuals in gaining greater self-awareness, managing emotions and stress, and effectively resolving problems and challenges. Achieving these goals enhances individuals psychosocial competencies, enabling them to embrace their social roles, confront life s challenges without harming themselves or others, and make healthy choices and adopt healthy behaviors throughout their lives. This research examines and analyzes the role of life skills workshops in enhancing students vitality and mental health. The study employs an analytical and descriptive approach based on a review of credible psychological literature and sources. The findings indicate that, given the significant role these workshops play in supporting students mental health, organizing them is an effective strategy for fostering healthy personality development and ensuring the maintenance of mental well-being; this is because the human capacity for coping is not fixed at birth but rather continues to expand and evolve throughout one s life.On the contrary, this ability can be expanded and developed throughout one s life. Perhaps if students acquire the necessary life skills and apply them, an atmosphere of vitality and mental well-being will emerge among them, and the concept of personal excellence will be realized within them.
