Abstract :
Optimal tool path control in smart manufacturing equipment plays a critical role in enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in engineering processes. This study employs an artificial intelligence approach to develop advanced time-based control algorithms for optimizing tool paths in smart manufacturing equipment and evaluates their impact on civil engineering performance. The study involves modeling tool paths, process simulation, and assessment of performance indicators such as accuracy, operation execution time, energy consumption, and surface quality of components. The results indicate that the use of intelligent algorithms not only reduces execution time and increases precision but also optimizes resource utilization and enhances the efficiency of civil engineering projects. These findings provide practical guidance for manufacturing and civil engineers in improving equipment performance and increasing productivity in construction and manufacturing processes.
