Abstract :
In today s competitive and volatile business environment, achieving sustainable performance requires companies to reconsider traditional patterns and leverage modern strategic management tools. The aim of this study is to analytically investigate the role of entrepreneurial orientation and business model innovation in enhancing firm performance. The present research adopts a review‑based library method, conducted through a systematic review and analysis of peer‑reviewed articles and authoritative scientific literature published in reputable databases over the past decade.
The findings derived from the literature analysis indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, through its components of proactiveness, risk‑taking, and innovativeness, provides the necessary foundation for transformation in business models. The results suggest that business model innovation, as a key mediating variable, translates the organization s entrepreneurial capacities into tangible outcomes in both financial and non‑financial performance. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that strategic alignment between entrepreneurial orientations and business model innovation not only creates sustainable competitive advantage but also enhances organizational flexibility in response to market turbulence.
Ultimately, by synthesizing theoretical perspectives, this paper offers a conceptual framework for managers and researchers to integrate these two components in order to pave the way for optimizing organizational performance.
