Abstract :
    > Innovative efforts in any organization are the result of investment in the learning process and knowledge management, which leads to the creation of intellectual capital, including individual and organizational knowledge, experience, skills, and capabilities. Today, the departure of expert employees and the retirement of experienced personnel is considered one of the most important challenges of industrial organizations in preserving organizational knowledge and intellectual capital. Since a significant part of the knowledge of expert employees is tacit and experiential in nature, the lack of its proper transfer can lead to the loss of knowledge and a reduction in the organization s competitive advantage. It is important to note that the most important assets of any organization are creative and thoughtful employees, who, with their knowledge, become a source of impact and, by creating organizational processes, new technologies, and the development of innovative products, elevate the organization with a sustainable competitive advantage. > > The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model for preserving intellectual capital based on the transfer of expert employees knowledge in industrial companies. This study was carried out with an exploratory mixed-methods approach, such that in the qualitative phase, the effective dimensions and components were identified through semi-structured interviews with experts, and in the quantitative phase, the extracted model was validated through a questionnaire and structural equation modeling. The results of the study led to the presentation of a practical model for preserving experiential knowledge and strengthening the intellectual capital of industrial organizations. > > The statistical population of this study was considered to be middle-level and higher-level organizational employees of 9 mining companies, numbering 675 people, and based on Cochran s sample size estimation formula, a statistical sample of 254 people was studied. SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software were used for data analysis.
