Abstract :
    This research was conducted by a library review method and its purpose was to investigate the relationship between the level of literacy and the level of legalism and responsibility in the occurrence of social harm and delinquency. The results of the research showed that responsible people are more successful in the society because they often do well in the matters assigned to them and try to continue their daily efforts. Responsible people are less attracted to social delinquency and often do not have the desire and inclination towards social anomalies.
