Abstract :
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of employee self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the Airport City Company. For this purpose, the present research has been conducted by library study and questionnaire. This research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of method The type of research is descriptive-survey and applied, and in this field, the statistical population of the research is made up of 197 official personnel of the city airport company, whose sample size was determined as 130 people based on Cochran s model. In order to analyze the research data, the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling have been used with the help of PLS ​​statistical software. For this purpose, Pearson s mean and correlation tests and finally in order to provide a model of the structural equation model have been performed. The results of the research showed that employee self-efficacy has a significant effect on citizenship behavior with a mediating role of organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Imam Khomeini Airport City Company (RA), and job satisfaction and job commitment have a significant effect on citizenship behavior in Imam Khomeini Airport City Company (RA). It has a meaningful impact.
