Abstract :
Every year, a large amount of budget and credits are allocated to equipping prisons and increasing the hardware and software facilities of these places so that prisoners can spend their time in prison during their imprisonment and criminal punishment. The employment of prison guards also adds to the allocated costs of prisons, and labor forces that could be used in the country s production are used to protect prisoners in prisons. A country cannot be considered without prisons, because in any case, criminals are found who are sentenced to prison by the courts of justice, and penitentiaries are needed to enforce the law. However, by adopting crime prevention policies, the number of crimes committed at the community level can be reduced. In this way, financial savings will be made in budget allocation and facilities, and the face of society will become more beautiful due to the reduction in crime and misdemeanors in society. In this regard, to prevent crime and misdemeanors in the country, we will need proper and efficient planning so that these programs can be implemented at the community level, and national determination and will support these programs, and relevant officials, with firm determination, implement the crime and misdemeanor prevention policy in the country. The judiciary has a special place as a sector in implementing this policy, but the role of other executive organizations cannot be ignored. Without reasonable interaction between the three branches of government and the implementing organizations, we will never achieve acceptable results in preventing and reducing crime.
