Abstract :
    Lack of sustainable and sustainable financial resources inefficient system of management and cost planning today is the first and most important limitation to solve the growing urban problems and inefficiency of service especially in the cities of developing nations including Iran, which ends up finally the failure to predict urban prospects and dissatisfaction of the citizens. Therefore, the necessity of further studies is of great importance in this field for sustaining income creating decent living conditions for citizens. In this connection the present study intends to study and study understanding financial resources and sustainable monetization strategies for the municipality of Hidaj as one of the cities of Zanjan province. The type of research in this research is applied and descriptive-analytic is its review method which is used from the SWOT model and then it was determined that priorities were measured by weighting each of the issues and calculating and analyzing them using the AHP hierarchical analysis process, the results indicate that the Hidaj municipality has problems with many aspects .That returns its root the lack of mechanisms and sustainable Income Strategies due to the existing problems of the municipality finally, it is suggested , Strategies for Sustainable Income.
