Abstract :
Abstract: Over the past 50 years, global polar ice has been melting due to global warming and will no longer be affected by polar ice in the next 20 years. The Kyrgyzstan (Continental climate) is completely dry and accounts for 9% of the world s deaths due to pollution in the world. In this paper, the idea of the topic is the most pollution of residential space and at least 50% of the pollution is due to buildings. Buildings up to 4 times more energy. According to the World Clock, every 14 minutes, an extinction occurs in the world, and the ozone layer is still being destroyed by industrial factories that are increasingly destroying the production of building materials in developed countries. Objectives of the article In the last half century climate change has been discussed by many scholars in various regions of Iran; The cities of East and West Azerbaijan and its fringes are one of the most important factors in the economic-social debate that counteracting the factors of climate change as an innovation and valuable findings; The question is how can a sustained development be possible while fluctuating atmospheric changes in urban development through the use of regional renewable energy and biological systems? The aim is to find solutions, to develop practices and models that can be found in the base of urban habitats as a valuable item with scientific methods for intelligent design, using them in a variety of environmental, environmental, and social systems. According to the hypothesis, the following steps were followed and answered to the question and achieved the general goals. 1. General Concepts of Sustainable Biostability, Negative, Positive, and How to Prevent Vulnerability 2. The status of biochemical potential and capabilities of East and West Azerbaijan The findings of this paper show that attention to the continental climate of East Azerbaijan cities and the natural environment and landscape of the West Azarbaijan province ecologically, preservation and revitalization of indigenous and ecological capabilities, design of energy-saving buildings, taking into account Efficiency of natural resources in terms of sustainability, physical well-being of inhabitants, canal design and climate-based design as valuable results can improve the factors affecting the design criteria of new complexes with a biodiversity and sustainable development approach.
