Abstract :
Since a correct and timely decision can have a significant impact on the personal and social life of humans, the need for a strong technique that can help a person in this area is quite tangible. One of the most worked out techniques is the Analytical Hierarchy Process, which was first introduced by Thomas Al Clay in the 1970s. This technique is based on paired comparisons and allows managers to examine different scenarios. Considering the simple but comprehensive nature of this process, this process has been welcomed by various managers and users. Therefore, in this thesis, we have tried to compare the two criteria and sub criteria in this study with different attitudes. The process of the results of this method is closer to the actual reality. Based on this, considering that each criterion or sub-criterion in this process has different utility at different levels, it is better to compare them with two or two according to the desirability of the criteria in each level.
