Abstract :
    Due to the various damage caused by the formation of the building, the damage caused by the implementation and supervision has always been of particular importance, which over time leads to significant economic losses, reduced safety, increased maintenance costs in the life cycle of the building Has been. Therefore, in order to collect information by distributing a questionnaire among 48 engineers with employment license in Minab Construction Engineering Organization, a study was carried out on the implementation and monitoring of concrete buildings in the second six months of 1396, which showed that between The current situation and favorable situation of concrete buildings in the city of Minab in terms of observance and implementation of construction regulations are significant in terms of implementation and supervision, as well as buildings that have good financially owned owners using skilled executive and enforcement engineers. The construction has been more favorable and the quality desirability of construction has always been It is not related to the executor and supervisor, most of which is due to the financial condition of the owners, which necessarily reduced the quality of construction.
