Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the performance of project management on the success of construction projects. The statistical population of this research includes 160 managers of construction projects of consulting engineers and construction contractors of governmental organizations and private organizations. Regarding the characteristics of the statistical society and the low number and availability of all members, a simple random sampling method was selected. Using a Morgan sample size table, 113 were selected as the statistical sample. Therefore, we can continue to work with the selection of 113 managers of construction projects of consulting engineers and contractors for construction projects of governmental organizations and private organizations. Hence, according to random sampling method and consulting with statistic consultant, 130 managers of construction projects of consulting engineers and contractors of construction projects of governmental organizations and private organizations were randomly selected and a distribution questionnaire was drawn up. After the follow up A total of 120 completed questionnaires were selected as the final sample. In this research, the researcher used two standard project management questionnaires, Enrico 1 et al., And the successes of Turner & Muller (2004) manufacturing industry projects. Regarding the standardization of the questionnaires used, they are verified in terms of validity, however, they were used by faculty members for guidance and counseling for face validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using the Cronbach s alpha coefficient for the project management questionnaire (9866) and the success of the industry projects (0.9336). The distribution of variables was studied using Kolmogorov and Smirnov tests, all of which were normal. Data were collected using questionnaires using path analysis analysis and the following results
