Abstract :
    In today s world, investment is the basis for any country s progress, and it should encourage investors to invest, especially in productive investments, in order to generate more employment, curb inflation, but to invest in security It is necessary to control or reduce the risk. One of the ways to control investment risk is to create a portfolio, because the analysis of securities involves estimating the benefits of individual investments, while portfolio analysis involves a combination of investment analysis. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between investment risk and investors attitude towards the future in listed companies. Based on previous research on profit dispersion as a criterion for corporate investment risk and profit ratio as an indicator of attitude Investors are used to the future. In the fourth chapter, considering the significance of the F lemmer test and the Hausman test, the research findings for 152 companies in 2011-2011 were fitted with observation data with the help of a regression model with panel effects. The results of the model showed that in A form in which the level of profit distribution as a measure of corporate risk increases will increase the ratio of price to profit as a measure of investors attitudes towards the future.
