Abstract :
Undoubtedly, one of the major challenges facing humankind in the present day is the issue of energy efficiency. On the other hand, the limitations of energy resources and environmental pollution are among the issues that are currently affecting the world. In the meantime, we should work with ways to optimize and reduce energy consumption and take effective measures. Among these measures can be the use of intelligent buildings. Using intelligent and intelligent management systems in buildings will result in a series of savings, including saving time, cost, and reducing fatalities. In general, the purpose of embedding an intelligent management system in a building can be to adapt the use of components of a building with environmental conditions. The purpose of this research is to become familiar with the definitions, identification of components and equipment related to intelligent management system, economic review, technical requirements, and also the application of this system for controlling and optimizing energy consumption. Finally, using the statistics, figures and graphing analysis will be discussed further. The research method in this paper is descriptive, analytical, and materials are collected based on library studies.
