Abstract :
Approximately 50 percent of the population in this community are women who need to be inclined to exercise and practice sports in their daily lives. Review and revise current patterns of reflection and broadcasting of women s sports programs to address these issues, if necessary. It will not only enhance one s self-esteem but also transform society s attitude towards women. An attitude that has long been perceived by women as dependents. Summary of exercise plays an important role in the health of the body, soul, and personal and social life of women, and consequently in the process of cultural and social development of society. In this process, the mass media, and especially sports, can fulfill their mission through their long-term planning to spread the culture of sport among the target community and to attract and direct them to the sport.
