Abstract :
This study was conducted to determine the effects of adding dextrose, powdered fatty acids, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin and methionine to the zero diet (control group) and dextrose diet 20 g, fat powder 170 g, niacin 6 g, choline chloride 4 g, biotin 5 7/7 mg, methionine 7.5 g and yeast 5 g (treatment group) per twice daily dry matter intake and BCS of Holstein cows twice and multiple calves (15 cows per group). The experiment was performed from 21 days before calving to 21 days after calving. The collected data were analyzed as a randomized complete block design. The effects of adding dextrose, powdered fatty acids, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine, and yeast to BCS on calving are presented in Table 1-4. Addition of dextrose, powdered fat, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine and yeast showed no significant differences in BCS between treatments before calving (p> 0.99), day of calving (p> 0.74) and after No calving was observed (p> 0.34). The effects of adding dextrose, powdered fat, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine, and yeast on dry matter intake after calving of multiple calves (kg / day based on dry matter intake) are presented in Table 2-4. . Addition of dextrose, powdered fat, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine and yeast to dry matter intake after calving of multiple calves (kg / day based on dry matter intake) significantly (P 0.0000). <) Increased DMI at all postnatal periods.
