Investigating the effects of Tehran metropolis on the geographical space of the city of Garmsar

Abstract :
    Undoubtedly, in a world that is moving towards globalization is no longer possible to plan and manage the problems of a city or region without regard to the adjacent areas. Tehran s metropolitan area, on the other hand, has not only affected neighboring cities and areas rather, the metropolis and the capital of Iran in some ways it has affected all the other provinces of the country in different demographic, economic, social and cultural dimensions. The main purpose of the article is analysis and investigation of neighborhood and neighborhood Impacts of Tehran Metropolis on the geographical area of Garmsar and especially the components of immigration, economics and preparation. Due to the proximity of the city of Garmsar with the metropolis of Tehran the main question of the article is that what impact does this neighborhood have on the geographical area of Garmsar, and in particular on demographic, economic, social and cultural factors? Hypothesis in this article to answer the main question, we have tried to analyze s is that it seams proximity to Garmsar city with Tehran metropolis geographical location of the city and in particular the components of migration have affected the economy and preparation in both positive and negative aspects. This article is an analytical-explanatory method and it is done using library resources and articles and large documents. The method of data collection is also library and scientific-research articles. Data gathering tool is Capturing and using tables and charts as well as maps
