Abstract :
    The population of the world is increasing day by day and the trend of urbanization is increasing with it. So providing housing will be more complex. This need, as well as the speed with which it was implemented, led to the first post-World War II approach to industrial housing. Given that Iran is at fault, natural disasters and unexpected events such as earthquakes in themselves necessitate industrialization of housing construction and standardization of building materials, because only by applying new methods and industrial production.
