Abstract :
    in today s competitive world, industry has significant contributions to societies economy, and industry managers are always trying to make the path of growth and development as quickly as possible by identifying key indicators. In the meantime, a variety of problems and problems will always threaten the industries, many of which are known and predictable, but some of the issues are nascent and difficult.The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and (COVID19)caused the components that previously paid less attention to them. in this study, first with the studies and the research done and the use of the experiences of these researchers, the identified criteria were then determined by fuzzy delphi method and the most important criteria.
