Abstract :
    the necessity of addressing the سازی is inevitable. the increasing development of information technology has raised the demand for سازی resources to protect, search and secure and secure high security. As evidence of the work activity of organizations, electronic documents must be managed with a high security factor. But what is certain, in organizing these resources, should be taken into account the principles of maintaining electronic documents. in this regard, substantive understanding of structure and requirements as well as environments involved in production, acquisition and storage are unavoidable tools of electronic document management. The archive policy in the application and use of an electronic document system is to develop an advanced electronic archive to maintain and access any type of document without any dependency on specific hardware or software. The volume of electronic files produced, various formats of electronic resources and software and software platforms, face serious challenges for maintaining, developing, and managing electronic documents. In the structural domain, there are several documents of different nature and shape.
