Abstract :
In this study, PHB / CNTs nanocomposite properties of butyrate polymer hydroxide and bioactive three-walled carbon nanotubes were analyzed by analytical method and also by modeling with Abacus software by considering a representative volume element for different percentages of carbon nanotubes using single properties. Based on the research data, Kaiji Jiang and his colleagues obtained the results and compared the results with their data for 1% CNT mode, and then a scaffold from the above nanocomposite was modeled with the results of the first part and with Abacus software. Is analyzed. The effect of different amounts of added nanotubes on the mechanical properties and resistance of pure scaffolding as well as composite against collapse and buckling and impact resistance is investigated. Biodegradable polyhydroxybutyrate polymer has been considered as a base and because this polymer is brittle and fragile, carbon nanotubes have been used as reinforcers due to their special properties and very high strength to eliminate this defect. The results and experimental data obtained from buckling analysis authorities on three-dimensional scaffolding were performed once considering the properties of pure polyhydroxybutyrate and once with reinforced polymer properties with 1% carbon nanotubes and 10 buckling modes and critical load were determined. And the critical load value of the reinforced composite in all modes was greater than the critical load similar to the scaffold made of pure polymer. Also, the analysis of the collision of a ball with scaffolding for two materials showed that scaffolding made of composite reinforced with carbon nanotubes is more resistant to deformation.
