Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the types of power transmission bolts and the advantages and disadvantages of each and suggestions to reduce some defects. Power transmission bolts are mostly used to convert rotational motion to linear motion, which is self-based Bolt movement is divided into two modes of movable bolt, fixed nut and movable nut, fixed bolt, each of which has its own application. Power transmission bolts in terms The shape of the threads is divided into three categories: Square threads, Trapezoidal threads and Buttress thread . Square threads bolts have two-way power transmission, but due to their square shape, they can not compensate for wear. Trapezoidal threads bolts are desirable in load transfer and have the property of compensating for wear but have a low efficiency. buttress thread bolts have good strength but have one-way power transmission. In terms of mechanical performance, power transmission bolts have two lifting and lowering mechanisms, each of which can be calculated through its own formula.
