    The internet is one of the most influential modern technologies that affect all aspects of human life. The question we seek to answer in this paper is, what is the position of the internet in principle in achieving political development? In other words, can computer communications on the internet allow for political development? Political scientists believe that the internet has a positive effect on public opinion in the future of political development, broad influence on public opinion and its orientation, general structural reforms in communities, e - democracy, election reorganization and ….
