Abstract :
    The internet has changed how to live, learn, work, and spend leisure. Basically, the internet has changed all aspects of human society. the development of activities and functions of managers in the realm of human resource management and continuous interaction between these activities and the necessity of coordinating, improving, maintaining, and effective utilization of human resources as the most important strategic resource of each organization, has made it necessary to create the system of human resource information system and keep the information updated in large organizations. This paper deals with the influence of the Internet and information technology on the information system and the management of human resources and tries to explore important and (even as possible)changes to employees levels, motivation and leadership, and discuss possible ways to adapt to.
