Abstract :
This study was designed to determine the effects of adding dextrose, powdered fatty acids, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine and yeast to the zero diet (control group) and dextrose diet 20 g, 170 g fat, niacin 6 g, choline chloride 4 g, Biotin 7.5 mg, methionine 7.5 g and yeast 5 g (treatment group) per milk and dry matter intake of Holstein cows were fed twice and multiple times (15 cows per group), respectively. . The experiment was performed from 21 days before calving to 21 days after calving. The collected data were analyzed as a randomized complete block design. The effects of adding dextrose, powdered fats, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine, and yeast on milk yield are presented in Table 1-4. Addition of dextrose, powdered fat, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine and yeast significantly increased milk yield (P <0.036). The increase in milk production in the first week after calving was significant (P <0.035), but in the second and third weeks, despite the increase in milk production by 10 and 10.7%, respectively, it had no significant effect on milk production. Also, there was no significant interaction between week and number of abdomen (block). But a significant difference was observed between the 2-week treatment (P <0.05). The effects of adding dextrose, powdered fat, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine, and yeast on dry matter intake after calving of multiple calves (kg / day based on dry matter intake) are presented in Table 2-4. Addition of dextrose, powdered fat, nicotinic acid (niacin), choline chloride, biotin, methionine and yeast to dry matter intake after calving of multiple calves (kg / day based on dry matter intake) significantly (P 0.0000). <) Increased DMI at all postnatal periods.
