Modal Vibration Analysis of Coil Spring and Leaf Spring using Abaqus Software

Abstract :
    In this research, 8 vibration modes for Coil Spring and 8 vibration modes for Leaf Spring were selected for analysis in Abaqus software. In the boundary conditions section, We fixed the Coil spring at the hub spring joints and attached the Leaf spring to the chassis joint area which the results of the analysis show that the Coil spring is capable of vibration and can maintain its original shape due to the deformation, And the Leaf spring, according to the analysis, was not capable of vibration and could only be described as an interface.
