Abstract :
Construction density has always been discussed as an important underlying phenomenon. Because of unscientific practices and views on determining the proposed building density and the disproportionality of these proposals in residential areas, it can be considered as one of the reasons that decrease the quality of housing in cities in the country. The congestion position will be discussed from the perspective of construction of the country, then, for example, the city of Tehran will be examined with the laws and regulations of the country on construction congestion.
