Abstract :
The rapid expansion of cities and the increasing population growth have not only lost valuable land, but also caused various urban problems such as disorder, air pollution, traffic congestion and congestion. On the other hand, the excessive use of energy has made the city face an issue called the energy crisis . Concerns about energy are not just about fossil fuels and their successors, but about how they are used and urban structures and how much energy they consume. Urban planners are located. In this research, after studying the models of energy consumption and energy consumption information in Qazvin, the energy consumption rates are estimated using both LEED and REAP models. Based on the model, the six indicators of pedestrian streets, intensive development, connectivity, mixed local centers, access to public and civic spaces and neighborhood schools are evaluated and finally the status quo is assessed. The research method is mixed and descriptive and the analysis is done using GIS software along with field surveys. Finally, some solutions are presented to optimize energy consumption in one of the neighborhoods of this city (rogue neighborhood). It has the number 13, which can be said to be acceptable.
