Abstract :
Slogan value engineering has always been a better way than ever for decades in the world and in developed countries, with the overall goal of reducing costs, time and enhancing quality and efficiency as one of the best management tools available to managers and employers. . But unfortunately for many reasons this management tool is not used by employers and managers, which can be the main cause of this traditional dilemma of employers and managers thinking or lack of attention and understanding of the value engineering and value creation that this management tool has on The body creates construction projects, especially buildings. Therefore, the need to develop and develop value engineering with employers and managers is one of the most important needs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of value engineering dimensions on the achievement of the goals of active construction projects in the field of construction that will be a step towards informing employers and managers of the impacts of value engineering.
