Abstract :
    Abstract Due to their nature and extent in the city, in addition to economic, technical and functional studies, urban projects require in-depth social studies to identify their effects on the lives of citizens and their surroundings and sustainable urban development. Therefore, their social effects, which can be the most tangible part of these projects in the social life of citizens, should be studied and researched so that before taking action, we can strengthen the various appropriate effects on sustainable urban development and mitigate their inappropriate. Social Impact Assessment Studies are interdisciplinary in nature because of the general definition of social consequences The present study examines the social consequences of the construction of the Boulevard of the Great Prophet (PBUH) on the sustainable development of Qom and the management of the consequences. In this article, using two methods of quantitative and qualitative study in combination and using Van Schutten model, to collect information from the field method, interviews, surveys and documents focusing on stakeholder analysis, which is a kind of participatory action, positive consequences and Negatively evaluated the implementation of the project.
