Abstract :
    Financial analysis of coarse woody debris in forest companies will help to government to precise calculation of stumpage price that this resulted to sustainable forest management. In this research, benefit cost analysis of coarse woody debris was done. This study carried out in 3 compartments in Chafroud forest under Shafaroud Forest Company. The average weighted price calculated 13650900 Riaotal production costs. The study of production costs showed that the total production costs of CWD is 986750 Rials, therefore net present value of logging regarding to CWD calculated 12664150Rials.
