Abstract :
    In this research, an attempt has been made to describe the situation of the disabled in Rey city and on the other hand, the situation of urban services and the urban environment in relation to them. And then we look at international and domestic documents related to disability. In the following, the available statistics of the disabled in Rey city are reviewed, which includes the number of disabled people on the one hand and the number of families with disabilities on the other hand. Finally, the possible solutions for improving the planning and design of the city are briefly discussed.
