Necessary of using consequence management approach in Iranian universities

Abstract :
    Management approach in Iranian universities should based on best selection approach. Universities as key organs in scientific and cultural activities have key role in homogeny and comprehensive development of countries. So, applying consequence management approach best selection replace with traditional selection in universities.. This study carried out by library researches. The results indicated that consequence management approach with learning promotion, monitoring system and confidence of affairs concluded to better management of universities. It is concluded that Iranian universities move from current management approach.
