Abstract :
    Subject of the study: The present study is entitled Comparative study of land transportation systems in international conventions in Iran and the United Kingdom . In Iran and the United Kingdom, according to the amendments to domestic laws and the International Land Convention in this field, and to further study the systems of these two countries in different dimensions. The research is a descriptive analytical study and using books, documents, articles and legal documents related to the comparative study of land transportation systems in international conventions in Iran and the United Kingdom. What can be used and reflected in this field is taken and then analyzed and finally presented. Research results: The important role of transportation in the circulation of goods and distribution of wealth in the international arena, the adoption of uniform international regulations is essential Has turned. One of the most important conventions is the Convention on the International Carriage of Goods by Road, known as the CMR.
